Siege/nodewar structures instantly have full HP

    Bug Name:
    Siege/nodewar structures instantly have full HP
    Bug Description:
    Placing a siege structure during siege will instantly give it full HP.
    On retail it will gain HP during the building phase (green progress bar) and when completed will reach its full HP.

    This affects pretty much all types of buildings:
    Hwacha
    Flametower
    Recovery Center
    Cannon Observatory
    Elephant nursery
    ...

    This makes it very unfun to play against as only 30s downtime enable the defending guild to rebuild entirely, including buildings that take 5min+ to kill.

    This might also be the case with nodewar buildings.

    I will add clips of the problem as soon as I attend another nodewar/siege.
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Place a siege structure during siege/nodewar.
    Try killing it as enemy guild.

    Also, when something is destroyed like a Fence in order to replace it, 1st u need to remove invisible ''leftovers'' very annoying
