    Hello so i have a customisation file from the retail version of BDO i was wondering if there was a way to port it into the gamez version without having to remake it from scratch i tried putting it into the game but it said wrong file version pls anyone help?

    i was wondering too because the web converter is gone. you have to now use the gamzbd telegram bot to convert character presets and music. note: the preset i converted did not use the hair color dye sliders retail recently got.
