Gamezbd crashing after character select

Hello, so my game is crashing after character select, i already install and reinstall many times and the problem persists
Things that i already did:
Reinstalled
Exception in the firewall and antivirus
Flushdns
Deleted C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\GamezBDO, C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\GamezBDO, Documents\GamezBDO and GamezBDO\cache
Downloaded game by torrent
Installed Visual C++
Force check

I have the original game installed, so I don't know if they are having a conflict, but the original game I don't have this kind of problems and i really don't know what's happening because the game only crash, doesn't have an error message and back to launcher, you said to make a clean reinstall, what this meaning? Only delete the folders and download the game again?

 

So it's a CTD (Crash to Desktop)? Is there any error message?
Which OS are you running? You said you add exceptions for both Firewall and Antivirus, which AV do you have? Did you manage to add exceptions for Windows Defender too?
The Retail version you have, is it the Steam version? If so, are both servers installed in the same HD?
The Visual C++ you've installed, is the version from our launcher?
