    It's not that only the effect of the skill isnt working, also the dmg from it. It allows to dmg only on the flow of the skill upload_2021-11-27_13-36-21.png

    Cap'n's Orders dont deal dmg (also no effect of skill ) and only the flow "Cap'n's Orders Cease Fire only deal dmg
