Sorc Blades Downsmash Not Working​

Bug Description:

Skill Flow:Cry Of Darkness , This skill is supposed to downsmash people but since the recent patch its not downsmashing people , its rly imp in a lot of combos for Sorc class.
Class :- Sorceress
Skill Name :- Flow: Cry Of Darkness
Skill Level :- 1
What Skill Does :- It does Knockback + Damage
What Skill is Expected to do :- Knockback + Damage + "Downsmash" ( Skill Needs to DownSmash )

How to reproduce/proof:

Downsmash on tht skill needs to be fixed , before patch it worked as intended​

 

Yeah this skill is not applying downsmash at all anymore. It used to be a 30% chance on Gamez which is also incorrect but at least it worked some of the time. I believe the chances on retail is 30% per hit instead of 30% on one hit. Attached video of it not downsmashing at all with dummies which downsmash 100% of the time.
