Game keeps crashing

    "can't find running client. try run launcher and game again."

    please help me~

    Right-click the taskbar and then click Task Manager OR on the keyboard, press CTRL+ALT+DEL or CTRL+SHIFT+ESC
    With the window displayed, select GamezBDO/BlackDesert64 process and click the End Process button.
    NOTE: If the problem persists restart your computer.

    If it doesn't work, try reinstall the launcher and set the path to game folder again.
    Remember to set permissions for game folder (both game and documents) on Windows Defender and Launcher/Client on Firewall.
    If you have any other antivirus/malware, disable "Advanced Protection" or unninstall it.
