Solved Can't change Family name

    So as the title says i can't change my family name even tho it says name available,after i press change it says:name already in use. problem1.png problem2.png

    It probably has changed but didn't visually updated for you, so that might be the reason why on second attempts it said it was already in use.
    Try going to Character Selection and back to see if the changes took effect.

    I'm sorry, I thought that this was a new account, not a Family Name Change with Coupon.
    That might indicate a visual bug, I'll forward your thread to @Kolka so he might take a look.

    That mean, this family name is taken on another server so u cant use it. Its taken on NA but other player.
