    Bug Description:
    DoD acts as if the target i framed while in RBF.​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Skills: Dream of Doom
    Class: Sorc
    Skill Name: Dream of Doom
    Skill Level: Absolute
    What the skill is doing: Not dealing damage or cc when the target should've took damage. Acts as if the target i framed.
    What is expected of the Skill: It should deal damage and cc.
