1 enhancement chance from nowhere so I can't use valks.

I have +1 enhancement chance from nowhere on two characters so I can't use valks on them. Logging doesn't fix it and neither does succeeding enhance. Any way to fix this?

 

Hmmm, there is a Adventure Log, that adds a pre-failstack bonus, but I am guessing that it isn't the problem.
