    - Complete [Special Growth] Fugar's Memorandum - Chapter 2

    The quest is complete but the season pass isn't updating to acknowledge it.

    *note I did go the cross roads for faster leveling to skip questing    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    complete the quest and it will not complete it in the pass

    same bug on my end as well.
    *also picked the simplified cross roads*
    completed all of it. But I also can't convert PEN Naru gear into Pri Tuvala gear.

    got it to read chapter 2
    now stuck at a bugged chapter 3
