    Skills: Prime: Beastly wind slash
    Class: Berserker succession
    Skill Name: Prime: Beastly wind slash
    Skill Level: max lvl (4)
    What the skill is doing: it doesn't apply down smash
    What is expected of the Skill: it's supposed to apply a down smash, but it doesn't.    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    just go over the 2 point cc limit and use beastly wind slash, after 50 attempt, never down smash, even with addon of +15% down smash​
