    Black Spirits Rage attack does no damage​
    Bug Description:
    Level 66 Shai w/ fully Caphrad weapons doing no damage to any mob. It doesn't even register its hitting, missing or doing anything other than the skill animation and sound.
    Same problem on season character also Shai. Changing weapons doesn't fix the problem.

    Image quality sucks on this as Vimeo nerfed it into fuzz :(    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Get 100% Black Spirits rage. Use the skill. It hasnt hit anything since the last main patch.​
