    The official release states that you need to finish Atoraxxion Sycrakea. If you didn't do it then take: [Beginning of a journey] returning memories questline - I don't see it anywhere; Black Spirit quests, main, suggested, nowhere ...

    You should only need to finish Sycrakea if you care about the story, since the Eternal Winter story takes place after it.

    Welcome to the GamezBD Forum, hopefully your time on GamezBD will be enjoyable.

    To answer your question; As far as I know, only the area has been added so far, none of the monsters nor quests should be there, if the quests are there, then you will NOT be able to complete them, because many -if not most- things, NPCs, as well as all the monsters are missing.

    For future reference, it is always a good idea to include a link to the BDOcodex site, that the GamezBD developers use.
