Stuck on quest [Everfrost]Filled whit Resentment

Hello, I am stuck in this mission of the new region. since when I was doing the mission I was trapped under the map after the tp, and then I pressed the escape option, when I tried to re-enter the instance that the tp does for me, I did not find the option that the yellow description of The mission.

 

Hmm, seems odd that the option you said wasn't available, is showed clearly on the screenshot you supplied.

 

that option makes me tp out of the mountain, not where is the mission that must be followed. and if I go to the door it makes me tp inside the mountain again.

 

Hmmm, yeah this is a situation, that clearly needs a video recording to show what is happening, but what seems really weird to me, is that if you have already made a forum search, and not found a Bug Report for this already. Do what it says there, and test again, if it is still happening, then you should record what happens, and create a bug report, unless there already is one. Remember that Windows has an inbuilt video recorder: WinKey+G

 

hello again, I was able to continue with the quest line using this opening where there is no collision with the door XD


but now when I'm done with these, this mission is left unfinished and I can't continue with the Labreska Helmet quest line.
