Client Issue Active Launcher - Windows Vista

Hi, is there any chance to play Aion on Windows Vista without updating the OS?
There was no problem with Aion years ago. The problem is with Active Launcher.

@Noyah I also having a problem there is an error on my luncher too.

 

Right click launcher > properties > compatibility > set compatibility to the highest version possible > apply and ok.
Then try to run the launcher if it works. If not, then sadly you might have to update your operating software version.

 

I have a problem with the launcher too, I've already updated the software, I did what you said with the launcher, I even installed the game again, but when it's about to finish the last GB of check before starting the game, it stays at 98% and in the status it says that the connection was lost and it stays there, is there anything I can do about it?

 

How long (minutes) have you observed the launcher in that error?

 

(About 12 hours) I was waiting for 30min intervals to see if the launcher responded, but nothing yet, in fact, I left it overnight while I was sleeping and it is still at 98% with the status in connection lost
