[Everfrost] Guardian of Flame quest won't complete

Hi all,

Whenever I try to complete the [Everfrost] Guardian of Flame quest, this happens. In the first time, I managed to receive the quest from Jordine and could fight the mob as intended, but after it got killed, the cutscene wouldn't appear and it keeps looping me back with a bugged mob. I've tried escaping from the place, getting the quest again but it simply won't let me.
