    Impossible to create a Elyos char despite the Carl's announcement..
    Please fix this one..
    I use FR client maybe that is the problem.

    I think his announcement was to prohibit creation of elyos temporarily for the other faction to cope up with population.

    Read well. I know you can read it very, very well. Focus on the second line and check the date.

    PS: If there would be a chance that Asmo's influence ratio goes near/below 10%, it means Elyos have conquered most of the fortresses. Checking in the game will tell you know much is the difference between Asmodian and Elyos on NA.
