Click their name and start a new conversation. Elaborate your ban appeal and wait for their reply cause they really don't reply to any ban appeals on public.

If you "mouse-over" your forum-username, you can see the option to start a Conversation. Then you just write to Kolka or Carl, and wait for a while.

I had a conversation with Kolka using telegram.
And he checked my record in log, then Kolka made that accesses possible my account by me.
I hope you also talk to Kolka. and your ban will be fine resolved.
