Aion Spiritmaster cooldown of skill Backdraft (bug CD)

Hello, I would like to tell you this skill the CD is 24 seconds and no 2 minutes.
It's very disabling to play, you are always short of mana.

Before you gonna start complaining how it is on official make sure you read patchnotes that skills got changed in 4.8 to 24s http://static.ncsoft.com/aion/store/PatchNotes/AION_Patch_Notes_061715.pdf it's 4.6 so everything with the skill is right .
