Missing effects on Black Spirit skills​

Bug Description:

The skill description of black spirit skills (the ones you can use at 100% black spirit rage, 200%, 24% and so on), says that upon use of the skill, I would additionally receive various AP and attack speed buffs. However, after trying out every one of my Ninja Black Spirit skills, None of them provided these buffs to me.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Read through the skill description of the skills and try them out on mobs. Buffs will not be applied.​

 

I think you need a more detailed bug report than this. If you could please add a video, where you go into the Skill page, point at the skill you are about to use, and then show the skill in action afterwards

It would be truly helpful, and a lot more consistent with "proper proof" protocols

 

I mean it really isn't that complicated. The skill descriptions are just showing more than they do currently. Sure, I could go and use the skills and show in a video that their full effects don't apply, but I was assuming a picture showing an example of what I mean would suffice. Maybe I'll add a videolink later.
