Downsmash bug

    Bug Name:
    Downsmash bug
    Bug Description:
    Down Smash: Duration 2 sec
    Must be used when a character is already in the downed state, reapplies Bound CC.

    Can only be used if:

    The CC count has been reached (more information about CC count later on)
    The skill doesn’t have any other CC effects
    The CC effect on the skill was resisted
    The skill has a Stiffness/Stun/Knockback CC effect

    Before rework was almost 100% chance to succeed.
    After rework Down Smashes have a 30% chance to succeed and this can be increased using skill addons on some skills.

    Yes, on dummis work somehow but:

    Downsmash animation is more longer. If you test on dummis you get animation from tester video but, if you test with player you don't get that small animation.
    Downsmash animation by default is more longer like in my videos

    so you want say if test on player then it will not work combo? animation speed related players stats.

    I recreate this test:

    Downsmash has a longer animation(when you shot with downsmash skill the enemy have a longer jump on retail) , and after downsmash the enemy stay on the ground for 2 second on retail
    In GamezBD animation is not that longer and the time on the ground is under 1 second( he must stay 2 second after that woud be on recovery)
