Refreshing Springs Issue

Hello everyone.
Today i tried doing the step "Go to the Desert Life Stone A Life Stone in the Western Eracus Desert, a barren, desert-like plain. It is located to the south of t and insert the Life Bead within three minutes." in the quest Refreshing Springs.
In that step ur suposed to go the life stone and insert the life bead that Heratos gave u. But for some reason Heratos gave me nothing so that means i can't continue the quest.
That made me mad because it is a needed quest to be able to get past 41... I think.
Or isn't that quest important?... it's just that the lv 41 quest says u need to complete all ascension quests to be able to do the lv 41 one... and i think the lv 41 is like the lv 9 quest and etc....
Please can anyone tell me a Solution? Is there any possible way that u GMs could get on my account and put the life bead that heratos is suposed to give? or just cancel the quest and make me able to redo it. Please
I'm not in the mood to start all over... my character is already lv 39 and it was hard to get there.

You don't NEED to do it to pass level 41. In fact, you don't /need/ to do ANY quests other than getting ascended.

However, I feel your pain in it not working; at least you didn't get hung up as soon as I did. In veteron I couldn't complete either of the two quests involving transformation potions (the one that you use at the krall area, or the one to scout the ship) neither one lets me go forward and complete it, the potion just keeps saying "that item is on cooldown" and the OTHER quest the person that's supposed to turn me into a bird doesn't

the same problem, i jst want to do the quest ( GM please help i want to know about AION
