How can complete that "Leveling Up, One Step at a Time!" in season quest?

I asked this question on the bug report board.
And I think there might be someone who knows how to solve this problem, so I'm leaving a message on the inquiry board.
"Leveling Up, One Step at a Time!" Season Quest is no longer progresses.
Quest requirement is to make level 57, and currently I am level 61.



How do I complete this quest?

 

This looks serious, you might want to create a Bug Report of it immediately, so it can get fixed quickly.

 

I'm already complete all the season pass and I haven't encounter any bug with season pass. Try to change your character to the Season Channel see if you can claim that reward ?

Before writing this question, I asked this question on the bug report board.
And I haven't heard a response yet.

It is still the same within the season channel.
Bugs are not fixed. I'm so sad.
Is there any other solution?
