Need Help For a problem with purchased items

I was away from game for many months for personal problem, but usually I used the special shop for purchasing rare items.
The problem born after. I couldn't have time to log and don't woulden't give my account around to unknown ppls, and my mail box was full bcuz i'm the brigate of legion, and automatic siege's rewards fulled it. So last week, when i logged in, appeared in chat "you cannot receive any new mail becouse your mail box is full" but, just time to try to delete some mail, and text did not appeared anymore, so i not received items from shop. On History of shop, result when I bought it, and you can check my account to see I don't have those items.
Can someone help Me?
