Game crashes when opening skills tab!

Only happens on 1 char on 1 acct and i deleted the caches and verified files. any suggestions? graphics drivers are up to date.

 

As this is an existing bug, it can be temporarily solved by removing your equipped artifacts.

The best way to use the forum, is to make searches instead of multiple threads about the same topic. Top right, there is a small text box for searches. You might want to enter the correct Forum section first, to limit the amount of results, also you can search for thread titles specifically.

This particular topic has been posted on many different threads, but the answer is as the above reply mentioned; just unequip your Artifact, before opening the skill page.
