    - Fixed bard skill Melody of Appreciation duration from 20s to 6s
- Corrected durations for some sieges to 1 hour as expected
- Fixed some sets from webshop cannot remodel
- Allow mounts to be storable in account warehouse
- Fixed an issue with some stigmas not +10
- Scaled siege gate/protecter hp based on difficulty & population
- Adjustments to correct team balancing for pvp events like dredgion, eob
