Cant't connect to the game

    Hi please help me to fix this issue im having a problem after i download the game when the patch and other stuff done i hit play but it won't load up the game it shows the active anti cheat then and it disappear it mean that the game was not successfully load up and i wait but still won't load what could be the problem? i follow the steps on website on how to download
