Solved Veteran Rewareds Email

Good day,
I'm experiencing a small matter with the in-game veteran Rewards Email. It has been about two or three weeks since my assassin achieved level 65 but has not received the rewards Email. I have two accounts that I play with. On each account, I have two level 65 players (two per account). Upon reaching level 65, three characters received "veterans awards," but one has not yet received the rewards. Can you please look into this?
