Old dog cant login anymore

Hello Fellows,
After máaaany years i wanted to login in ( one of) my account, but it keeps reporting "unknown login/pswd".
I tried to reset my login Id, but didnt help.
I realy want to get my account(s) up and running because one of my friends got a stroke and is bounded to a wheelchair and i want to give her one of my accounts after i can succesfully login.
Anyone ideas how to counter this problem? can i contact a administrator?

The was a server Update recently, 1 month of beta testing, then the 4.7 official launch, including deleting all accounts, OLD or NEW...
So just make new one now... and invite your friends into Asmodian side.
