Hate speech such as homophobic remarks and harassment which include encouraging self-harm or suicide

Dear support team/community Moderation team,

I would like to report an incident of hate speech and harassment that occurred in Gamez AION on December 10, 2024. The behavior we experienced and/or witnessed is deeply concerning and violates the community standard outline in General Rules and In-Game Punishments sections related to harassment, offensive language, and hate speech. Hate speech, including homophobic remarks, anti-gay language, and suicide threats, would qualify as harassment or threats under this rule.

During a team PvP on Steel Wall Bastion Battlefield Map, the player with name "Nobara" directed homophobic slurs towards gay people in the community including "
feeling babae amphuta my baby shark naman sandata tang ina yan bovo" which translated to "feeling a girl like a s*n of a b**ch but he has a baby shark weapon you motherf*** st*pid", "HAHAH BADING AMPT" which also translated to "you are gay motherf**ker". He also made a comments encouring self-harm, such as "
PANGIT NG PROFILE MO SA DISCORD DELETE MONA MUKHA MO WALANG SILBI SANA HINDE KANA HINIHNGE KUNG AKO GANYUAN MUKHA KO MAG SUICIDE NALANG AKO" which translate to "You have a terrible profile picture on Discord, just delete it; your face is not worth asking for money (exchanging money for sexual services for gay people); if I were you, I would kill myself." Also,
"BASURA NGA MUKHA MO TAPOS DIKAPA PUMAPATOL SA MAHIRAP ADIK KABA" translate to "You refuse to engage in transactional relationships or engage in sex work with poor individuals even though you have unattractive look. Are you in drugs?"

"AHAHAHAAH ATLEAST MY PEKPEK AKO DI TULAD NI AYAHNI?" translate to "Unlike Ayani, at least I have a the vagina."
"my pekpek kaba? send dc? kung my pekpek ka? palinisan ng pekpek?" translate to "Send your vagina on DC if you have one. Let's see whose vagina is clean. "

I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the offender in accordance with Gamez AION ’s policies. Additionally, I suggest reinforcing community guidelines to educate players about acceptable behavior and consequences for violations.

Base on screen shot both side have problem
Its you're attitude against someone attitude dont bring up homophobic issue here because even you dont respect your self,,
You got mad because the argument does not goes you're will,,, at the end of this issue you you're self has responsibility on how someone will talk and socialized with other players,, respect others feelings so they wont hurt yours,,

 

forum is a place for discussions, updates, news, suggestions, bug reports. Not for your personal drama in game

 

Indeed its about every one attitude at the end,, admins has nothing to do with this kind of drama

 

I’d like to clarify a few points to you. This is not about me or my feelings. I’m not particularly sensitive to such matters, and this is not about personal drama. This report is not about personal disagreements or attitudes, it is specifically about repeated instances of harassment and encouragement of self-harm of my legion mate which are clear violations of the community rules. These actions go far beyond simple arguments or differences of opinion and have a harmful impact on the players targeted, including gay people and my legion members.

While I understand your point about mutual respect, respect needs to be a two-way street. Even if there were disagreements, that does not justify hateful language or encouraging someone to harm themselves. Such behavior is not only against the rules but also deeply concerning and damaging to the community as a whole. There’s a lot of gay and bi people in the community just let you know.

This report isn’t about creating drama but about addressing unacceptable behavior and making the community a safer and more inclusive space for everyone. I trust the moderation team will review the evidence objectively and take appropriate action.

 

Calling this ‘personal drama’ completely misses the point. This isn’t about minor in-game squabbles, it’s about repeated harassment to gay people in the community and even encouragement of suicide. These are serious violations of community rules that affect real people. Dismissing it as drama not only downplays the harm caused but also enables toxic behavior to continue. The forums are absolutely the right place to report this kind of behavior because it impacts the entire community. Ignoring it isn’t an option.

 

The last 2 commenters were either never bullied, the bullies or ignorants.

feels weird to see someone using forum to seek attention of their personal drama, which not everyone in here involved with it. Or even know the drama exist

Ok i feel sorry for what they did to you for harassing you the way they call you,, im not missing point here i been bullied too and these people has mental health issue,, i support youre report and make thing right ,, im not against you neither ignorant you have feelings too Gamez should be fan and enjoyable

 

I agree with you my statement is wrong in someways,, im against bullying and harassing player or they call it trash talk,, we dont deserve to be treated thae way they did in game ,, every body is here to play game to enjoy and some to relieve stress but if these people is around how can we have friendly community ,,

 

Every game has this kind of player either mmorpg or 5v5 game, you just need ignore her or block her. Well, make the staffs do their power to punish this kind of player, I'll believe this player go to prison.
