Can login to website but not into game server.

Just as the title says.

I can login to the website fine and see all my characters and everything but when I try to login to the server it says my information is wrong.

I took some time off and would like to come back and play now, please help with this issue.

I just experienced the same issue.

• First, I checked if the game was missing resources that could prevent me from connecting to the server – and it was.
• After the game checked for updates and downloaded them, I hit play, but I got the error: "Can't connect to server! 1."

Are there any developers who can assist with this, or has anyone else encountered this and found a workaround?

 

Mine got fixed by simply Unplugging my router for 20secs.
