Survey rewards did not drop

At 12:50-ish a.m. on my Cleric, named Raizer, I was given a survey. I opened it and noticed that 3 items were in it: Kahrun (825) tokens, 250 running scrolls and something else that I cannot remember. Earlier ( with another survey) I had no space in my inventory and accepted it. They did not drop even after I emptied my inventory. So this time I made space for the items but they still did not drop into it. They survey completed out and did not show up again. I suspect that because I had a total of three spaces open, but not 3 consecutive spots open, that was the reason. I don't know. Anyway, all those Kahrun tokens and250 running scrolls is nothing to sneeze at since I just started playing a few days ago. Can you help a Cleric out? Thanks. -Raizer

 

That did not work right away. I was on for quite some time but they did come through. If you had anything to do with that, thank you. I got both of the surveys that disappeared on me.
