    There's a system.ovr file you need to place in Aion root folder. Please use search feature next time, there's like 20 threads about this...

    You cant fly in Belusan and Herion. Only in the main major cities on those 2 maps due to ground pvp.

    But what i think your saying is you cant fly outside of cities.. Thats because you Can't.

    Goto your nc soft/ aion folder find the file system.ovr, open it in notepad and copy and paste here. I'll fix your problem, or you can just get a completely new file from a different thread.
