Once Downloaded navigate to GamezAION>l10n>ENU>sounds
Make a backup of your sound folders here.
Proceed to open the .rar and merge it with the files already in the sound folder

The Japanese sound Files download is the option above the Korean download link. Tested it just now and it seems to work just fine with the current Aion client Gamez is running Only thing to note is the IU dances with the Japanese voice pack do not contain any lyrics. It's just the orchestra.
