    Hello, try to do a quick check with the launcher and then try to take the quest again. If the error is still the same or if it changes let us know in this thread.

    I've already run a " quick check " and updated the game client twice, but the issue still persists!

    I just tested the quest and it works. Can you try to do the following:
    • Try to delete your L10N folder. Make a copy just in case.
    • After, open the launcher and run a check.
    Let me know if you get different results.

    I followed your instructions, but the issue still isn't resolved. The dialogue still appears abnormal in the files.

    Later, I tried restoring the game to the     Korean version, and after that, I was able to interact with NPCs, accept quests, and complete them without any issues!
