The Elyos Initiative

Good day deava's of Elysea you may have seen my lfg post in game about the elyos initiative but have no clue about it, this thread should help in that regard.

The Elyos Initiative ​

The elyos initiative is a call to arms, a campaign to revitalize and reform the elyos faction into a functioning fighting force there are many issues with the state of the faction at this present time and I see alot of players stating this as such but no one actively working to correct it, so I have taken it upon myself to do something about it. whether that's ranging from talks with higher ranking players to being a neutral third party amongst legions and coordinating with any leaders who are willing to step up and lead, i will help everyone out with my limited time and funding.

Spoiler: Hard Truth

The State of the elyos faction is subpar to say the least, the afks in sanctum or afking in pvp dungeons. we have more players yes but half of them are afk farming gamez coins versus actually participating in the events in the game. my mitigation for this is that, i have started doing player made raffles (elyos side) to help with this problem but a long term fix is needed

Objectives & Goals
The Few main goals i want to achieve is to​

1.Start having coordination amongst the legions and high rankers on the elyos side
2. reduce in-fighting amongst each other
3. help improve morale and motivation for pvp and dungeon content
4. reduce the amount of gatekeeping and party statics that are rampant throughout the faction
5. encourage a try before AFK Playstyle
6. install a system to overcome language barriers to improve coordination at the highest level.​

Just to name a few
VISION
My vision is to foster a more fun and interactive player base within the elyos faction and improve the state of pvp for both sides I'm sure it's not fun to always steamroll us from the asmodian's point of view and it is definitely not fun to be steamrolled.
CLOSING REMARKS
Our issue isnt about numbers as shown from the recent faction lock-out (asmodian only character select) it is the current mentality and lack of leadership within our faction. I will continue to support whoever has the mettle to lead our faction, i would love nothing more to do it myself but my work schedule does not work out with sieges and pvp events that well at the moment, even tho i will not become governor or even a great general i will support those who wants to lead. now the question is do you want to improve our faction along with me?

If you are a Brigade General of a legion message me to learn about your roles
If you are 5* officer and above message me to learn what you can do aswell
BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY SPREAD THE WORD
we must take action on this matter in any way we can before it actually kills the game.​
