Account locked To specified HWID

Hello dears,
I recently reset my PC and changed my windows

I download the game again and its says that IP is blocked due to [ Account locked to Specified HWID ]
I tried to remove it through the website , so when I went to the website to remove secuirty option via click on the blue mark its sent confirmation through the email
it send me a link for the same page and i cannot uncheck that blue mark to unlock pc configuration.



Kindly help with any advise

well aperently it's seems like 24h thing I dunno, I kept spamming it the next day as well till its unlocked xD , so it's solved lol

 

I already have same problem just change my Motherboard . After that I reinstall back GamezBD. And error its says that IP is blocked due to [ Account locked to Specified HWID ] and try so many time to unlock it in website. still cant unlock

 

Доброый день долгое время не играл а именно 15-01-2022, аккаунт есть , персонажи на месте ,а зайти не могу заблокирован IP, что делать как быть?
