Game keeps locking up after attempting login

1st day was nothing but problem's, graphics were fine, but everything else was huge, no matter the setting's I couldn't change that, then today it gets to the login screen and even allows me to put in user name and password, then it locks down every single time! currently re-installing for the last time, if it doesn't work this time, I guess I'm done!

 

If you were able to load the game and reach the login screen, it means your problem is not related to 64bit. Did you try to log in with an old account? Or is this an account you recently created?

 

Found 2 reason's for my issue's with GamezAion, it was trying to run from download directory, fixed that and now it always wants to start in 800x600 graphic's on startup, this throws the mouse pointer off about 2 inches to the left and I have to move the mouse pointer around to find the click point for the various setting's! No idea why it won't save the graphics settings!

 

BTW, this account is very old, all the original character's were deleted because I was inactive so long!
