In the first image you can see how they talk about banning this character due to RTM and in the second image you can see the same character with the name changed playing normally.

Be fair! A first warning would be fine. It's not right to ban a player who has dedicated a lot of their time and money without warning. Please give Mordekai his character back.

 

While Rule 10 clearly states: "You may not advertise the intent to or commit the act of buying or selling items/characters/accounts for real-world cash (Better known as RMT),"
the issue remains that Pedro was indeed selling his account.
And to now claim that Discord evidence "doesn’t count" seems, how can I put it "incomprehensible", not to say something harsher.

After all, evidence is evidence.
The rules make no mention of requiring specific platforms, ownership, or origin for evidence to be valid. If it clearly demonstrates a violation, it should be treated as such.

Or perhaps this exception exists simply because Pedro happens to be among the notable donators, in which case, it would be nice if these privileged exceptions were explicitly stated somewhere in the rules.

In my view, there are only two fair and consistent courses of action:

• Either Pedro receives the same ban as Mordekai,
  
  
• Or Mordekai's account is reinstated.

If we’re to uphold the rules impartially, both choices would be equally just.

So GM, what’s it going to be in the end?
Will there be fairness, or is one person just going to get away with it while the other doesn’t?

 

For a fair assessment since yall made this public, we need to see both of their proof of bans so we can compare.

 

The proof is there in the photo. I didn't want to make it public, but it wasn't fair that Pedro got his account back and not me. I told Noyah to just give me my account back so as not to cause this, but neither she nor Carl responded.

 

Since you brought this up here and have no problem discussing your ban publicly, here is my response. Our server rules are clear: RMT is strictly prohibited. You have been permanently banned for RMT and the decision regarding your account is final no matter how many more times you bring this up.

If you disagree with the decision and feel there is injustice, you can appeal the decision directly through your panel. Until then, you are more than welcome to create a new account and have fun.
