    You are too far to have a conversation​
    Bug Description:
    NPC Dellalont is bugged​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Try talking to him. When entering the screen he is on, he is seen running back to his standing position.​

    You can't complete the Campaign and it will get in the way of getting into the library in Pandemonium later on too.
