Someone reported me that I don't play internet cafe fees and need to contact customer support.

Dear admins and supports , I just created account since last 2 or 3 days ago and I doing quest to level up. And I only use my home pc and work office personal pc to play this game but someone reported me I don't pay Internet Cafe Fees and I need to contact customer support. Whenever I try to log in into the game , it keep Disconnected from server again and again. This is wrong report and I really sad for not playing this game due to wrong report. Plz kindly help and support for this , I hope I can log in again and play what I love. I just reached lvl 65 and when I can't log in , this breaks my heart. With many respect , I hope you support for this. Sorry for my English.

I don't think GM's will ban players based on the reason you gave (correct me if i'm wrong), but try to unstick your character through gamez official website.

 

When I logged in my Aethertech (was my only and first character) , there is a white sentence which say " This account has been reported to us for not paying Internet cafe usage fee. Please contact customer support"'. Yeah , I already unstuck my character and still doesn't work. Still showing DC message. Help me , admins.

 

I create new character and play but this works. I still want to get back my Aethertech anyway.

 

Plz kindly check this Screenshot. This is non-sense. How they know I am not paying. And how they know report is right or wrong.

Apparently, if you go to the website and click Donate and pay like $100, they will give your account back.

Loool no this is not necessary.
I've seen this bug before, Aion contains unused code (pertaining to gaming in an internet cafe) that sometimes fires and kicks people out of the whole game. Someone in game had this issue on his alt and managed to fix it eventually but I actually don't know what they did to fix it.

You are most likely hard stuck, you'll need to wait until the next server maintenance.
