It's not possible that you won't do anything, my god, the guy came to asmod with an incomplete set and I never played Elyos to know the name of the item, there's no point in me keeping this, for the love of god, you have to do something, I delete the items and you get me others from clean asmod, but help me, there's no point in me keeping them

Here’s what’s going on: I have 3 parts of a set that I ended up buying with APES, but I won’t be able to complete it because they’re items that came from players who transferred from Elyos to Asmodian. The thing is—I’ve never played as Elyos, I had never even played Aion before. GameZ is my first Aion server and I’ve only been playing for 6 months.

It was practically impossible for me to know that the person was selling me 3 parts of a set that I wouldn’t be able to complete. What I was asking from the Admins or GMs is to have it exchanged for the Asmo version, so that I could buy the remaining pieces. I don’t even need the items to be +20 or socketed—I’d be fine with them being clean, I just need them to be exchanged.

This isn’t a mistake on my part, it’s a consequence of allowing Elyos to be transferred to Asmo with items that are practically impossible to purchase as the other race.

 

This should be solved by the staff as it's a down stream impact of the Elyos transfer to Asmos. The process was done quickly and therefor problems like this arise.
This should not happen much ever again as there wont be any more new Elyos armor sets available besides the ones that already exist from the transfer but for this case it should be solved manually.

And provide a warning to players that they should not trade their elyos items to asmodians in incomplete sets to avoid this.

Obviously, you have partial blame as you could have read what armor pieces you were buying and the player selling could have warned you that you will likely never complete the set.
