Defense fortress : Balaur -> Dredgion​

Bug Description:

I know you don't care, but we spent an hour and a half recruiting 60 players to defend Anoha and get our rewards, but 157 Balaur popped up. It's impossible to defend. Your server is losing players, but you didn't think to yourself that you had to nerf the Dredgions? We're fed up.​

While I don't think that it's fair to say that staff doesn't care about this and @Sohnata 's tone is a little unfortunate, I share the observation that the Balaur Spawns are a little bit out of control during sieges.
After 15 minutes, players are completely overrun. Leagues with 2-3 Alliances are also struggling even in Reshanta, where mobs are a lower level.
Additionally, PvE kills don't seem to be factored into contributions during reward calculations.

To give you a little more perspective of how ridiculously out of hand the NPC spawns were:
Today, during the Anoha Siege, the Dux was dead long before Asmos were able to breach the Fortress Gate.

I have a pretty good idea what kind of overadjustment was made here, so I will leave with this:


Please test the changes made to such files thoroughly on test before pushing on prod.
