Probability of obtaining armor from <Antriksha's Armour Chest> .buy

Yesterday, through the .buy purchase channel, I purchased 4 <Antriksha's Equipment Chest>, but all of them turned out to be <Antriksha's Accessories Chest>.
I would like to know if this is a system error or if the probability of obtaining <Antriksha's Armour Chest> is simply very low.
So far, from all the chests I have opened, I have never received armor.

If possible, I kindly request an exchange of some of the accessories I obtained for armor.

As previously stated by our staff Olaf:
"The bigger picture is more important than your current mind-set, the reason AA chests are not selectable is to incentivize trading between players, the RNG of the chest allows for dynamic rarity in select pieces, one month Plate chest might be rare on the server, another month it could be flooding the market."

I believe this will not change, although it is frustrating that we spend our gamez coins buying the armor box and cannot select the damn armor/weapon/accessory

 

You did indeed get unlucky. In fact, you won the lottery but the opposite direction haha but seriously, I understand that frustration.
I believe this would be a nice change, I do think the current RNG values are a little extreme as well.
The contents of each box can still be random, but I think being able to choose the type would alleviate a lot of frustration surrounding this topic.
