Client Issue Can't click on anything

When I launch the game, I can't click on any of the buttons. It will show my cursor highlighting everything, but it won't actually do anything if I click. I can get through the TOS and server screens with the enter button, however.

 

Have you tried checking files using the launcher?

 

I tried, but it didn't change anything.

 

How about setting your graphics into default and in windowed mode. And please check if you are using an antivirus software, make sure that you allow Aion.exe in every parameters of access.

 

I haven't been able to touch graphics settings in the game to set them to default, but I was able to force windowed mode through the systemoptiongraphics.cfg file. I'm still not able to click anything, though. I also checked my antivirus settings and it should all be clear for that as well.

 

Try deleting your L10N folder in your Aion Files, it might be some corrupted UI files. Then open the launcher and click on Check so it downloads a fresh copy of the L10N folder.
Let me know if it's still the same.
