So, I'm not sure how familiar you are with how plumes work, but once you get to + 5 you can get random after that, say up to 12 additional attack (idk the exact cap on it) and say 30 extra MB, but if you are lucky you can have a higher lvl 7 plume than a 8 or even a 9. I have a +8 MB plume that has 196 MB, which I have seen MB plumes with around 160-170 MB in them and I have seen +9s with the same amount as my 8 or less. The only static values on a plume are going from +0-5 and the HP on the plumes will always stay the same and not give random value. Most private servers get plumes wrong and just give a basic say +20 for MB and say +4 attack. Plumes usually hold value because of the high MB/Attack stats in them vs just the HP.

 

Appreciate the info. Me and many others have upgraded HUNDREDS of plumes and i understand how it works.

Here we see a +7 plume with 65 attack bonus. By your information, it had +20 attack at +5 and then it gained another 45 attack in 2 enchantment levels. You're joking right?

 

As I said, I don't know the exact values, so I don't see anything wrong with it, just someone who had really good RNG. It could be a random from 4 attack up to 30 attack that can be added, but the % of getting a + 30 attack added is like 2% chance. Let's be honest if it was a spoofed item or something hinky going on, they would have made it +10

I doubt there was any gm/admin intervention in this. I think this guy was just super lucky high rolling stats on +5, +6 and +7.

Attack Plumes follow this enchantment schema:
+1 = 4 attack + 150 HP
+2 = 8 attack + 300 HP
+3 = 12 attack + 450 HP
+4 = 16 attack + 450 HP
+5 and higher = your attack will be randomly increased between +4 and +7 points per level , HP increases by 150 points per level.

Magical Plumes follow this enchantment schema:
+1 = 20 MB + 150 HP
+2 = 40 MB + 300 HP
+3 = 60 MB + 450 HP
+4 = 80 MB + 450 HP
+5 and higher = your MB will be randomly increased between +20 and +32 points per level , HP increases by 150 points per level.

 

If what Olaf posted is true to the value than the plume having 65 attack is not correct and indeed something is wrong with it as the highest attack for +7 would be around 37 attack. However, If the ranges are higher than what was posted of max of 7 after +4 then that RNG was just RNGing for them and I see nothing wrong with it.
