Bug Description:

Even though my account has premium activated, it shows up as a new user in the game, and I don't know if the benefits like the enchantment percentage apply.​

How to reproduce/proof:

The new user form appears under my name and it doesn't say vip account​

 

Have you relogged after purchasing the Premium Membership? If not, please do so. The premium membership will not take effect in-game until after you relogged.

 

Yes, I have tried several times and this has been happening to me for some time, the account is still several months old

 

This is normal, it shows you're still a new user although you correctly have the premium benefits along with the new user benefits since they stack, you'll know when it says your "Your account is premium" upon login.

 

I'm not a new user, my account is 8 months old. The character I use most often appears as a new user, while the rest of the characters on the same account appear normal. I don't know if it's related, but the extra enchantment percentage doesn't seem to be activated. I can spend a thousand apes, and the item won't level up more than 4 levels in a row.

 

I don't believe they are based on account, I think it's based on the character itself
Premium won't guarantee success rates, it only adds a 10% increased chance of success per attempt

But to answer your question, your gears might have remodels on them that's why you can't trade them. Try to remove the remodels on those parts and try trading again.

 

This honestly might be worth looking into. I've spent 4k apes trying to +30 my dream weap on my "new account" and only got it to +25. I then spent more than 3k++ apes trying to +25 my dream set only for 1 piece to get to +25 with the rest sitting below it.

Tried passing all my items to my friends acc which has no New Player status and everything was so smooth (as it used to be). I've gotten alot of things to +30 before and I can really feel the difference having the New Player status. Now, I could be just the unluckiest guy in the world, but with alot of people complaining about this, I think it'd be nice to double check this atleast. Thanks!
