Game crashes

Hello i have a problem where i reached my lvl.10, ascended to be cleric, returned to Munin and once i clicked i was ready and to move on to pandemonium, i respawned there and the game immediately crashed down. Whenever i try to relog and load this char it immediately crashes again. Is there any fix pls? Thx in advance

 

It doesn't work for me; as soon as I appear in Pandemonium, it crashes.

 

This happened to me. I often use a laptop, and many times when I load a character in a high populated area (i.e. Sanctum) it freezes and crashes. In order to get out of the situation, I had to login on my Desktop and scroll/return out to a less dense area. I chalk it up to poor graphics in my case. Also, having the latest DirectX helped.
