New Player with Campiagn Quest issue

Hello!!!

I've been playing on this server for over a month. I had stopped playing on the official aion servers around 2020. This is my first private server experience and so far I really appreciate the community and managers. I'm trying to complete a level 27 Reshanta Campaign Quest: Learn the Balaur Language. It's step 3 and it's asking me to weaken the Ashikar Assaulter to lure "him" out. I'm killing the Ashikar mobs but nothing is happening. Can someone help.
