Event ends

Hello everyone!
After looking into the matter, the Yulebarks and Frostlings have now been returned to Akaron. Apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused!

 

While I have no interest in starting an argument with you or other players, I believe some things should be clarified regarding your message;

First, the event closed due to a small error and has already been fixed. It was not closed early on purpose, just a simple mistake that was quickly remedied when it was brought to our attention.

Second, regarding accessories, we had initially planned to offer accessories alongside the Dream equipment however adding custom content can be tricky. As many players can attest, the Dream gear itself was not without flaws upon its initial release, and the accessories released alongside them were no exception to this. After we fixed the issues with the initial accessory set offered alongside Dream equipment, we concluded that it would be best to ensure proper testing was done on the accessories before they were released, which takes time. Instead of shipping a broken set to our players, we have chosen to hold off on sending out the new accessories until we are confident they are properly working and the stats they provide are in line with what the community expects. So yes, they will be delayed.

Third, as far as full stigma goes, we agree that there should have been a more clear answer on whether this system was coming out with the current PvP season. Unfortunately, we do not always have time to fix everything we wish to before a new season or patch is released. In this case, there were concerns that returning full stigma as is would result in certain classes becoming too strong or weak to the point of feeling irrelevant. That and other factors led to the system not releasing with the launch of the current PvP season. We understand many players were looking forward to full stigma, but we hope everyone can understand we had no intention of deceiving anyone with any previous statements we may have made. Full stigma is not gone forever, it will simply take more time to find the best way and time to reintroduce it properly, without harming parts of the community.
